Kobe vs. The King

When your nickname is "The King" and you're BFF with Jay-Z, I don't think you should ever have to be outplayed by Kobe, who is a big anal-raping douche face. So two nights after Kobe went for 61 at Madison Square Garden, it was LeBron's turn to torch the shitty Knicks defense. He did. Hard.

(The conversation between Stu and SVP before the highlight is fucking lame as fuck. Seriously, I defy you to find an ESPN personality that is more irritating than Stuart Scott. He single-handedly proves that UNC is inferior to Duke. Plus, you've got our man SVP arguing that Kobe somehow earned those rings, and it wasn't fucking Shaq dominating down low. Complete hogwash, if you will. But hey, at least Scott's good with the ladies.)
Holy fucking shit. 52 points, 10 rebounds, 11 assists. Once again, LeBron has shown his superiority to Kobe. This is one of the greatest lines in NBA history, and it's fucking sick that LBJ went in there knowing that he wanted to drop 50+ and probably get a triple-double for fun.
Now let us look at Kobe's selfish line: 61, ZERO rebounds, and 3 assists. So let's do the math here: all-told, Kobe accounted for 67 points, while LeBron accounted for 74 (these are conservative estimates, assuming all of their assists were 2-pointers).
LeBron is clearly a superior player, and he proved it last night. This wasn't about the teams. This was about LeBron going into MSG and matching Kobe's performance. Well he fucking exceeded it harder than anyone has ever exceeded anything in his life. Kobe was one-dimensional--as so many of his "great" performances are--while LeBron was able to drop FIFTY FUCKING TWO while keeping his teammates involved.
It was horse shit that Kobe got the MVP last year over LeBron, but this game pretty much cemented The King's status as the alpha dog of the NBA. Seriously. Fucking 52, 10, and 11. That is un-fucking-real.
